Overview

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or an exchange. The returned goods must be in the original condition and packaging, unworn, with all tags attached. All items must be free of fragrances with no cosmetic or any other marks. Please include your emailed invoice with the items. Please note, if you do not include your invoice it may result in a delay to your refund/exchange.

We are not liable for any returned items that are lost in transit. Please ensure you have a tracking number and proof or postage to cover yourself.

Refunds

Please allow up to 5 working days from us receiving your return for your refund to be processed and for a confirmation email to be sent, the refund should reach your account within 5-10 working days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

Please allow up to 10 days from returning items to receive your exchange. We Aim to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours of receiving them. This time frame may change during busy periods. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock you may be contacted to be offered an alternative.
